Join us in this new year with our first learning group geared specifically for men. House of Hope, for twenty years now, has been empowering, equipping and encouraging women. In addition to being a safe, free of judgement place for women to grow, we are inviting men to be a part of our empowering, equipping and encouraging community too by offering learning groups that address the challenges that face all human beings. Men have long found healing through our Ultimate Journey classes; and, now we are offering additional classes where men will find emotional, mental and spiritual support.

God never intended for men to figure out everything on their own. But according to John Eldredge, that’s exactly how men feel. We assume it’s our responsibility to figure out for ourselves how to:  

• Find direction  
• Manage stress and other emotions 
• Become great husbands and fathers 
• Lead with confidence and courage  
• Make sense of the spiritual life 
• And much more… 

The truth is we need more than stubborn determination to succeed in life. We need a proven way we can follow, a path laid down by men who have gone before us. We also need a Father to show us that path and help us follow it. 

In this learning group, we’ll explore the path as laid out in Eldredge’s book Fathered by God. We’ll apply lessons that help get us unstuck so we can continue growing as men. We’ll also draw from our own experiences in order to encourage one another and figure out some things together.
