House of Hope is a Christian nonprofit serving Eastern Iowa seeking licensed mental health therapists who share our mission and values. House of Hope’s mission is to encourage, equip, and empower individuals to live fully through spiritual, emotional, and mental health support.
House of Hope employs fully licensed clinicians and clinicians who require supervision hours. House of Hope covers the costs of supervision hours that our partner supervisor provides. Clinicians maintain a professional therapy practice, including assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and other related activities.
Flexible schedules are available for both part-time and full-time Monday – Friday. Referrals and support for practice building are provided. House of Hope offers:

Offices with a faith-based/friendly setting

Provides laptop and printer in therapist’s private office

Preference will be given to psychotherapists with training and experience with:
Couples/Marriage and Family Counseling
Counseling/Therapy with Young Children
Post-graduate continuing/advanced training
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Submit to the authority and glory of Jesus Christ
Conduct assessment and establish client-centered treatment plans
Provide psychotherapy
Documentation in accordance with medical, legal, and clinical standards
Collaborate with collateral professionals, referral sources, and ancillary providers
Adhere to the most professional ethics
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Full Licensed or Conditional/Temporary (requiring supervision):
Mental Health Counselors (LMHC)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
Licensed Independent Social Workers (LISW) activate license
Proficient with electronic medical records systems, email, uploading/downloading files, and Internet use
House of Hope will work with you to build your caseload. You do not need to have your referrals
COMPENSATION:
Reimbursement for a full-time position is 60% of collected fees
